Sunday YOGA Ceremony - weekly

I work together with the earth, moon and other celestial bodies. I synchronize their cyclic movement with the content and flow of the yoga sessions. Our own rhythm and sense of self can rejoice in this grander natural stream.

My desire is to elevate the yoga experience from 'hard work' to 'soulful adventurous play'. Music is an important part of it. We use focus, breath, and rhythm to lose ourselves in the moment and movement in order to let our juices flow and birth new body consciousness.
