Family Constellations Amsterdam

The international Shapeshift Constellation Days in Amsterdam are a warm welcome for different cultures and their heritage. Often we touch upon ancient storylines and intergenerational trauma, which is embedded in the safe setting of this workshop. We do deep healing work and close the day with smiling faces and warm hearts :-)

What is a Constellation?

In a Constellation we work with various elements that relate to a specific question or theme. In a Family Constellation we mostly constellate people, but we might as well work with a specific emotion, desire or obstacle on your path. A Constellation is a deep dive to free yourself for your best life possible. Jolijn will contact you upfront for an intake to get a clear understanding of the question/theme you want to work with.

Why a Constellation?

A Constellation shows how individual elements behave in the dynamic of their bigger whole. How do they relate? How are they connected? How do they affect each other? Typically a Constellation shows a certain 'dynamic' and it becomes clear what is needed to bring a positive change for the client. The insights of systemic work are as practical as profound. A Constellation results in a shapeshift: "a transition in your inner being (shift) affecting your outer world (shape)". The effect lasts on a conscious as well as a subconscious level.

For whom?

A Constellation is for those who want to grow and create change, professionally and/or personally.

By whom?

The Constellations of Shapeshift.today are facilitated by Jolijn Fiddelaers (1979). Jolijn works internationally as a social designer and systemic coach. She lovingly helps you eradicate the root of whatever is in your way. Besides group work in Amsterdam, Jolijn also offers individual systemic coaching (1-on-1 sessions) in Amersfoort.

Where:

The group Constellations take place in a beautiful space in Amsterdam IJburg. The location is easy to access both with public transport and by car. Affordable parking space (€7,50 per day) is at walking distance.

Workshop location: “Stadsoase Naar Zee”, Bert Haanstrakade 102, Amsterdam IJburg.

Address parking garage: Daguerrestraat 53, Amsterdam IJburg shopping centre.

(For individual sessions you are welcome in Amersfoort, right next to Central Station, in Jolijn's private workspace.)

When:

The English spoken Constellations take place 3 to 4 times a year. Keep an eye on the agenda for new dates! Or subscribe for the english news-updates via mail.

(Please note: the Constellation days usually sell out. Book your ticket in time)

Timings:

Doors open at 9.30 to welcome you with coffee and tea. We'll start at 10.00 and close at 17.00/30

Breaks & snacks:

After each Constellation we'll have a short break and in one of the breaks we'll serve a healthy vegan soup. Eventually bring your own sandwich to complete your lunch. Throughout the day coffee, tea, fruits and snacks are available.

How to participate:

You can book a Constellation for your own theme/question or join as a representative, which means you'll participate in the various Constellations of that day. Highly recommended and no experience neede! This magical experience will definitely impact your life for the better :-)

Costs:

A Constellation for your own theme costs €150 (ex vat).

Participating as a representative costs €50,- pp (ex vat) for a single event or €115,- (ex vat) if you buy a discount ticket. With a discount ticket you can participate in 3 Shapeshift Constellation Days, within 1,5 year after your purchase. Tickets can also be paid in cash.
